Open TeleMed365 without downloading an app.

Keep a file on your computer, or add TeleMed365 to your phone’s Home Screen. One tap opens the website. You still sign in there — this shortcut is not a password.

Computer

Save a file on your PC or Mac

This is the easiest way if you do not want an app store download. The HTML file is a small launcher. Double-click it and your browser opens TeleMed365.

  1. Click Download HTML shortcut above. Your browser saves TeleMed365.html.
  2. Move that file to your Desktop, or into a folder you already use.
  3. Double-click the file. The website opens. Bookmark it in the browser if you like, or keep using the file.
  4. On Windows you can also download the .url shortcut and pin it to the taskbar or Start menu.

Chrome or Edge (Windows and Mac)

  1. Open TeleMed365 in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Open the browser menu (the three dots).
  3. In Chrome choose Cast, save, and share, then Create shortcut. Tick Open as window if you see it, then Create.
  4. In Edge choose Apps, then Install this site as an app.
  5. An icon appears on your desktop or in your apps list. Click it instead of typing the address.

Safari on a Mac

  1. Open TeleMed365 in Safari.
  2. Choose File, then Add to Dock (or drag the lock icon from the address bar to the Desktop).

Phone and tablet

Add TeleMed365 to your Home Screen

Phones do not use the HTML file the same way. Add the website to your Home Screen. It looks like an app, but it is still the website — nothing to install from Play Store or App Store.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

  1. Open Safari — not Chrome — and go to TeleMed365.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Keep the name TeleMed365, then tap Add.
  5. Open the new icon on your Home Screen whenever you need a visit or your membership card.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome and go to TeleMed365.
  2. Tap the menu (three dots).
  3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
  4. Confirm. An icon appears with your other apps.

If you do not see Add to Home Screen, update Chrome or Safari and try again while you are on this website.

No. The shortcut only opens the website so you do not have to type the address. Sign in with your email or mobile number and your password, the same way you do in the browser.

No. It is only a small opener. It does not store visits, prescriptions, or your password. Keep using TeleMed365 in the browser after it opens.

No. The website is enough for membership, booking, and video visits in a supported browser. Use this page if you prefer an icon instead of an app store download.
